PROJECT OVERVIEW
Construction of the new RIOT E-Games Arena in Berlin from the design development to execution planning
ROLE
Lead for construction execution planning, including the development of executable detailed drawings, fire-protection and egress planning, and the coordinated leadership of all involved trades
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Delivered code-compliant detailed construction and safety plans that secured timely approvals and minimized on-site revisions. Led cross-disciplinary coordination to resolve technical issues early, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-schedule project execution.
IMPACT
Contributed to the execution planning, supporting a build that met the high technical and experiential standards of an award-winning project (BrandEx Award Gold 2025)
