This package is all about finding the right vibe and flow for your home. We handle the heavy lifting of spatial planning, making sure every detail is thought through before the messy work begins. You'll get a complete, detailed set of design plans that you can hand straight to your contractor, making the entire renovation process smoother and way less stressful.

Design Decision Workbook

Based on a system-oriented method, the workbook is designed to help property owners clarify their spatial needs, priorities and intentions, and to establish a clear, individually grounded basis for further design decisions — helping to avoid unnecessary costs resulting from unclear decisions.

The workbook is currently in development and will be released in Summer 2026.
