Design Decision Workbook
Based on a system-oriented method, the workbook is designed to help property owners clarify their spatial needs, priorities and intentions, and to establish a clear, individually grounded basis for further design decisions — helping to avoid unnecessary costs resulting from unclear decisions.
The workbook is currently in development and will be released in Summer 2026.
Structured Design Packages
Building on the initial clarity gained through the workbook or a first conversation, we offer clearly defined spatial design packages for different scopes and levels of complexity.
Depending on the selected package, services may include:
– an initial consultation
– a tailored spatial concept
– optional planning and execution documents that can be shared with contractors or project partners
