PROJECT OVERVIEW
Full renovation of a two-family house from 1907, including complete modernization of its structural, technical, and building-shell components, as well as the conversion of the basement into fully usable living space for long-term rental use.

Planned the overall renovation concept and supervised construction, coordinating all involved trades (structural engineering, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Executed a comprehensive upgrade of all core systems while reintroducing historic architectural elements (e.g., stucco, cement tiles) to restore the building’s original character.
