PROJECT OVERVIEW

Technical planning exterior Facade and entrance strcutures for the Audi IAA Pavillion at the IAA Frankfurt 2015.

ROLE

Led the 3D master planning and technical development of the facade based on a steel hall structure. Translated the design into buildable geometry, coordinated structural interfaces, and integrated complex elements such as the hexagonal entrance, mirrored surfaces, escalators, and suspended vehicle.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

Technical planning and 3D development of the Audi Pavilion facade at IAA 2015, based on a steel hall structure. The design featured a three-dimensional facade using Alucobond and mineral render. A key element was the entrance with a hexagonal steel structure, mirrored surfaces, escalators, and a suspended vehicle. The project required high precision to realize a complex and sculptural facade.
